High school

Eremeran helps young women develop the confidence, character, faith and skills

they need to thrive during their high school years, build meaningful friendships,

discover their purpose and make a positive contribution to society.

Our programs provide a strong sense of belonging, guidance and support during

some of the most formative years of life. In an environment free from many of the

social pressures young people face today, girls are encouraged to develop lasting

friendships, grow in confidence, and benefit from the encouragement and example of

the university and young professional women who accompany them as mentors.

their friendship with Christ and discover how faith can guide and enrich every aspect of their lives.

Faith formation is woven throughout our activities. Each activity includes an

opportunity for prayer and a formation talk.

Additional opportunities include:

 Personal Spiritual guidance

COMMUNITY SERVICE

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Eremeran provides opportunities for girls who would like to engage in regular

volunteer work and make a positive contribution to society.

These experiences expose students to a variety of human needs in and around

Sydney while helping them develop empathy, generosity and a spirit of service.

Volunteer opportunities may include:

 Visiting elderly people

 Assisting children and adolescents with special needs

 Outreach to migrants and refugees

Older high school students may also apply to become Club 56 Leaders, gaining

valuable leadership experience while mentoring younger girls.

Friendship is at the heart of the Eremeran experience.

From baking, painting and themed dinners to movie nights, laser tag, ice skating and outdoor adventures, our activities provide opportunities for girls to connect with others, strengthen friendships and enjoy being part of a positive and supportive community.

Most activities are held on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the school term. During the school holidays, girls can also participate in extended activities such as outings, camps and weekends away.
